This project is just a GUI for Deezer's spleeter. the only other open source one i know of is Demucs.
Audacity has source separation built in these days.

The reason I’m asking is because I’m still looking for reliable voice-isolating software. Since I am Hard of Hearing, this technology makes my work much easier. Normally, editing closed captions can take me hours, but with vocal separation, I can reduce the process to just 15–25 minutes per song. I’m looking for programs that can separate and clean up the vocals clearly while keeping them apart from the music.
