[BUG] when set default user it overwrite systemd=true at `/etc/wsl.conf`

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

when i set it overwrite /etc/wsl.conf with

[user]
default = username

Expected Behavior

it should be

[boot]
systemd=true

[user]
default = username

Steps To Reproduce

set default user when create

Environment

- Windows Version: Windows 11 Pro 25H2
- WSL Distro Manager Version: v1.11.0
- WSL Version: 2.6.3.0
> - Kernel version: 6.6.87.2-1
> - WSLg version: 1.0.71
- Source: GitHub releases
