Update analysis.ipynb in docs

• highlight the generated data in log-space
• highlight what the desired results are (double check that the closed form calculations are correct)
• show the effect of normalizing using initial amount: log(N/N_0) vs log(N) (and maybe set a small positive values in case of negative values as normalization)
