is Songbird compatible with the most recent Qiime2 versions, e.g. 2024.10 or 2025.4?
It ist stated in the q2 installation instructions that QIIME 2 should be "in between (version 2019.7 and 2020.6)".
I would like to run beta diversity analyses and compare it to null models, as described in step 6 of your protocol.
I am not sure if any other q2 plugins will be able to handle null models. Could not find anything in q2 forum.
