Power Off/Reboot works only on second attempt

When I go to Menu -> Power -> Shutdown (or reboot), after the first click, nothing happens, but if I execute the same command a second time, it shuts down (or reboots) as requested.

I noticed it too but I started to think it’s a feature of budgie to prevent accidental shutdowns.

any update on this subject.... is quite annoying (no more than annoying of course)
