Add option to change other inputs in GUI #4035

Description

@martin-mosteiro

I had a call with the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (let's call it by its original acronym ITBA, the English acronym would sound like I'm falling for a phishing scam ;)) and they inquired about a feature that I think would be pretty useful and easy to apply.

Describe the feature you would like to have
On the CEA GUI, you can change most inputs for an existing case study, except:

  • geometries (because we don't offer the option to modify buildings)
  • streets (ditto)
  • topography
  • weather

These last two can easily be changed by going into the project folder or through the somewhat more contrived process of creating a new scenario where you import all features from the previous scenario and a new weather file. It should be pretty easy to add the option to change the weather and terrain files in the input editor.

Describe the end purpose of this feature
I think it'd solve a few different cases at minimal cost:

  • Say you created a scenario and picked the wrong weather or terrain file. Then you need to create a new scenario all over again instead of just changing the chosen weather file.
  • Say you're creating a future weather scenario to compare the present-day demand with the demand in 50 years. It'd be easier to duplicate the current scenario and change the weather file than to create a whole new scenario.
  • It also avoids asking users to go mess with the scenario folders, which could lead to unexpected problems if they are not used to the CEA file structure (low risk, but also low cost to fix ;))

Describe the end-user of this feature
An ITBA student asked about it but it could benefit anyone who interacts with CEA through the GUI.
