hasUnsavedChanges() thinks theres unsaved changes right after saving a note with a sticky field

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. pick any note type (basic works fine) and mark the first field as sticky
2. add a new note, type something in the sticky field and the other field, hit save
3. right after it saves, dont type anything else, just try to go back / leave the editor

Expected behaviour

i didnt actually change anything after saving so it shouldnt ask me to discard changes
