Deck option appears on a non-split Deck Picker

How to reproduce:

• have a foldable phone
• open ankidroid wit the phone open
• select a deck
• close the phone
• reopen ankidroid

Actual:

Expected:

• the deck option should have disappeared, as this button was related to the split screen.

I suspect it would also work when resizing on chromebook. I must admit I don't want to open the chromebook to check unless we really need it
