Root cause: scripts/rpm-build.sh build_agentsight() (lines 374-379) copies only the binary + README + LICENSE into the source tarball, but omits agentsight.service. The spec.in requires it at %install (install -p -m 0644 agentsight.service %{buildroot}%{_unitdir}/), so rpmbuild fails with "No such file or directory".

Secondary: the unified script also skips the frontend build step (npm install && npm run build:embed in dashboard/). This doesn't cause a build failure (build.rs creates an empty frontend-dist/ as fallback) but the resulting binary has no embedded web dashboard.

The component-specific script at src/agentsight/scripts/rpm-build.sh handles both correctly — the unified script just needs to be aligned with it.
