Feature release v1911.21.3

Thus release adds a new proportional version of Delugia:
**Delugia Nerd Font Book**. In this font the Symbols are not resized
and therefor usually larger than in the monospaced font face. This
can be fully utilized only in proportional environments like 'Writer',
'MS Word', or the likes.

When used in monospaced environments the font symbols take more then one
'width' and glyph-overlap will occur.

Note: The monospaced fonts are **unchanged**, despite the new release
number. No need to update from v1911.21.2 to .3 if you do not intend to
use the new proportional font face.

Feature release v1911.21.1
