API error: Error: 403 No access to model: openai/gpt-4o

I am trying to use actions/ai-inference@v1 action to just to test the functionality but unfortunately it is throwing this error constantly.

Could anyone help me what settings I need to tweak in my enterprise ? I have co-pilot for business license.

I also ran into this. In my case the problem was my organization was not opted into using GitHub Models. You'll need to turn that on before this action will function properly. See https://docs.github.com/organizations/managing-organization-settings/managing-or-restricting-github-models-for-your-organization

I see the same error. Our GHEC account use EMU users, I suspect that might be the reason for a 403. Was this action ever tested in the EMU scenario?

I tried it with GHEC and EMU and it works. The important part is to allow GitHub Models for Development here https://github.com/organizations//settings/models/access-policy. Next you can add models (or do it on organizational level) and use them in your actions.
