Old versions of Picard broken after commit e990051 possibly due float durations

Using Picard v1.4.2 and I got ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: '198.0'

[phw]

Best would be to update Picard. Version 1.4.2 is ancient and not supported in any way anymore.
