Cache issue with getProfileFromAccountId aboutMe

When fetching a profile by psnId, the aboutMe field returns an empty string, despite the data being updated over 24 hours ago. What could be the reason for this, and how can we resolve it?

I might be wrong but I think you have to play a game r on something for it to sync
