FINN example synthesis erorr for ZCU111

Hello everyone,
I am new to FINN and for my first step I want to run https://github.com/Xilinx/finn/blob/39f0c9a6b7675f62d47390fbf9a591707bcbac9b/notebooks/end2end_example/bnn-pynq/tfc_end2end_example.ipynb example using ZCU111. I use Vivado 2022.2 and I have a valid License for ZCU111 (I have tested it and I'm sure of it). I manually added ZCU111 to the finn/src/finn/transformation/fpgadataflow/templates.py in order to be able to use ZynqBuild for this board and I do export the license using https://finn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html#vivado-vitis-license but still, when it reaches to the synthesis part I get several errors indicating that I need a valid license for ZCU111. How should I fix this? Is there anyone who has experience with this FINN example using ZCU111?
