Docker GPU Update

I wanted to let you know that I have tested the updated Docker Compose setup (including the new startup shell script for GPU support) on both my Apple Silicon M3 (CPU mode) and an NVIDIA GPU server (both CPU and GPU modes). Everything is working smoothly across environments.

This is related to PR #171 .

When you have a chance, could you please also verify the setup on your end? Kindly refer to the updated README for the latest run instructions and environment notes here. 😊
