support for static linked release for Windows and Ubuntu in github workflow

hello, is there a plan to support static linked binary releases? this would make integration into other applications much easier

Hi, the binaries in the latest release should be statically linked, do you get some error?

Thank for your reply. The prebuilt binary depend on a high version of glibc.so and cannot run on lower version of ubuntu (such as ubuntu 20.04). is it possible to avoid depending on any dynamic libraries ?

I can build a static-linked binary using below command
cmake .. -DZ3_BUILD_LIBZ3_SHARED=OFF -DZ3_BUILD_EXECUTABLE=ON -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DCMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS="-static"
this binary will not depend on any dynamic libraries
