Dear Professor Riani,

I am contacting you on behalf of Sidel to inform you about an initiative that we believe may be of particular interest to the students in your programme: the third edition of the Sidel Innovation Summer Camp, which will take place at our Parma site from 20 to 24 July 2026.

The Summer Camp is a completely free programme designed to introduce young people to the world of industrial innovation applied to packaging for the beverage, food and personal care sectors, offering them hands-on experience within a multinational company.

During the week, the twenty selected participants will have the opportunity to take part in practical workshops, group challenges, visits to production departments and company laboratories, as well as meetings and discussions with Sidel engineers, technicians, experts and managers from different business functions. The initiative aims to offer young people an opportunity to get involved, develop technical and soft skills, and gain deeper insight into the dynamics of the packaging and industrial innovation sector.

The 2026 edition is open to university students and young people aged between 20 and 26 from STEM and technical backgrounds, including engineering, industrial automation, chemistry, physics, biology, food science, economics and ITS programmes. A basic knowledge of English is required.

There are 20 places available, and applications may be submitted by 8 July 2026 by completing the form available at the following link: SIDEL INNOVATION SUMMER CAMP.

I remain available for any further information and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Kind regards,
