Consider surfacing some two-hop results if retriever returns more than 500 direct connections

Sometimes, retriever returns >500 one-hop results, thus all the two-hop/through a transcription factor results get dropped during the truncation to 500. Consider surfacing some of the two-hops (and/or ways to identify low-quality one-hops to drop)
