eudic@2026-04-09: hash check failed

Encountered a hash mismatch when trying to install eudic via Scoop (bucket: extras-cn).

What I have tried so far:

• Disabled aria2c download (scoop config aria2-enabled false) – still fails.
• Enabled aria2c again – still fails.
• Disabled system proxy (both HTTP and HTTPS) – still fails.
• Enabled proxy (tested with different regions) – still fails.

Actual hash: 53407760f85d488c249226f37f3125f24791d75e1f8c16c5c5ca6724d6677d88
