Plugin is not loaded

I deleted old plugin, and copied new one downloaded from https://github.com/Scavanger/INAV-X-Plane-XITL/releases/tag/Beta-2.0.0-1 to game folder.

Seems that plugin does not work, even I don't hear the void saying "Hardware in loop is ready to connect"
