Hi! Looking for the `libselinux` package in Fedora I saw a [patch file](https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libselinux/blob/rawhide/f/0001-Use-SHA-2-instead-of-SHA-1.patch) that changes the use of SHA1 to SHA256. Seems a good idea. It's there a reason why is not upstream?
