Outdated service metadata

Bug description

There is an inconsistency regarding the maintenance status of several services. In the Discovery Center, unmaintained services are correctly marked as Deprecated. However, this status is completely missing from their corresponding Git repositories.

Why this is an issue:
Lack of Visibility: Developers working directly in the code or searching via Git cannot immediately see that a service is deprecated.

Wasted Effort: Risk of developers referencing outdated services in new projects, or spending time fixing bugs/refactoring code that is no longer maintained.

Single Source of Truth: Metadata between the Discovery Center and the repositories is currently out of sync.
