Problem Description
The DVL provides its own dead reckoning estimates that can be used by vehicles. This has been tested and used in other parts of the system. We need to decide whether the driver should be responsible for transforming measurements into a target frame. As it stands, the odometry estimates really aren't too useful unless they are transformed into that body frame.
Feature Description
Publish odometry estimates. If needed, also transform those estimates into the correct frame.
