too much small ui for toolbar + option alignment issue

as u can see nav bar & search bar ui is way too smal which looks weird af. previously it was good now it looks too weird can you do something about it

about ui of toggles they should be aligned even if there is option or not

this alignment also.
since above lines have only 4 buttons last one shows 5 looks weird.
how about we add customization to add remove ucons from menu/toolbar etc?
