I'll look into it. Currently, OneConfig v1.0.0-beta.7 and above intentionally hides most HUD Design Studio options for LegacyHud elements because they would have to be implemented manually (for chat specificially, it is rendered by vanilla, so none of the options besides GUI Scale did anything), but background color and rounded corners are probably fairly simple to implement. Not sure if we have a simple way to extend HUD Design Studio or if it will go into the normal config for now. I'll check what the 1.8.9 version actually supported.
