Provide current team member data

The databag for the team members needs to be updated. It is currently using last years team members.

• update team.json in databags
• link from the main navigation to the teams page (update the links.json in the databags)

We want to create a re-useable setup for the future:

• Google sign-Up form for team members to provide their information
• Google sheet that stores the information
• The Google sheet should be accessible to all team members for the conference to self manage updates in the sheet directly
• team.json in databags is created and updated from the information provide in the Google Sheet
• Documentation how to use
