Z_offset function via touchscreen

Adjusting the Z_OFFSET via the touchscreen consistently saves an incorrect value in printer.conf.

For instance, instead of 1.080, it saves 700. This results in the hotend being positioned extremely high from the bed, making any print attempt impossible.

yeah i had a similar issue where zoffset would not save. i fixed by creating a new system to save the zoffset to a variables.cfg. were you able to figure this out?
