will OpenNeptun4une fix my Max when Homing it makes sounds like broken gear or where its jammed

i have 4 neptune 4 max printers i really think i should only bought 1 or 2 and something else but they were cheap compared to other brands..

but i got 1 printer it can home it moves fine with its off or turned on but no print installed.. but when you set it to print it moves the head to the left find but then once it hits it makes a noise like its jaming and jumping the belt or so and when it moves the plate to the back so the it homes to 0,0 i guess then the plate will move back and forth a little just unable to print.. like motherboard cant read when it feels the resististant of the motor... i have retried reinstall the firmware but didnt help... will the openneptune4 fix this or is it a motherboard problem.. i got another board i forget what the problem is with it..
