Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice from anyone running a 1.0mm nozzle on the Neptune 4 Max.
I work with signage and visual communication (large letters), so I’m currently printing with a 0.5mm layer height at 60mm/s. The overall flow seems fine, but I’m struggling with the seam. Specifically, I’m getting under-extrusion/gaps right after a travel move (at the start of a new line).
I’ve already tried several adjustments, but the issue persists. My machine is mostly stock, except for silicone spacers on the bed instead of springs.
Has anyone mastered the settings for such a large nozzle on this machine? I suspect it might be related to retraction or pressure advance, but I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Thanks in advance!
