Dialogues review and updates

PROBLEM
There are more than a few popup dialogues throughout HA, at least 172 according to this list.

We aim to do a review of the TEXT and action associated with it.

This will focus on issue 47. Whereas the other issue focuses on issue 39

How?
Claude has trawled through to find the places where dialogues exist.

• 1. Create list
• 2. Verify these are correct and grouped properly by type
• 3. Identify the 'odd ones out' and list for correction
• 4. Create a new rule for this

While we are at it, let's make the "Are you sure" title editable for confirmation dialog when using actions

Confirmation dialogs need a clear call to action title, as people are known not to read descriptions. For example "Delete automation?" works better than "Are you sure?" with a description what you need to be sure about.

That's what I meant! The issue is that providing a "Are you sure?" Title for the popup/dialog is not sufficient. Because each action can have a confirmation. Even firing a script, which can be thousands of varying results. This is why the option needs to be added during this redo.
