Even after using new credentials the auth rate limit exceeded
Initial Observation:
As per link the auth mechanism of Skype has been shifted so the changes have been pushed to this [branch](pip install git+https://github.com/Terrance/SkPy@teams-migration) in Skypy so if we can update the dependencies in the current project the issue might be solved.
