Note: I would need to take the time soon to make a PR for adjusting the second codecov action for test upload to use this one instead, now that they changed their mind on how to upload. We need to separate calls to the action if I understood the discussions related, one for normal code coverage and a second one for the test results/test statistics.

Please update CI accordingly to use 'codecov-action@v5' with

The 'codecov-action' should and can be run at least once for
coverage and once for test results
