Text alignment changes when bullet parameters change

Expected Behavior

When I change the "Size as % of text" in the "List settings", the numbered list alignment should not change.

Actual Behavior

When I change the "Size as % of text" in the "List settings", the numbered list alignment gets right aligned. It also happens when I change the color.

Reproduction Steps

1. Select the text box containing the 4 items numbered list in the example file
2. Click the small down arrow next to the "Numbering" button (should be greyed since the current selection is in a list)
3. Select "List settings"
4. Change the "Size" text box to 80%
5. Click "Ok"
6. The list is now right aligned

I can confirm that the problem exists. I created bug 81868 with your issue.
Problem reproduces in Document Server.
