scrollable_urlbar_popup: scroll with keyboard based on selection

HI, is there a way to make the urlbar scrolling work when using the keyboard only? currently if i type something and press the down arrow keys, after a few items the selection will go off screen. Ideally it should scroll with the current selection

Yeah, would be pretty cool, but unfortunately I don't think that's possible to do.
