Load a ply to simplify, apply; result is to have both original and processed splats in the scene panel. Would expect that one could then toggle between them, but this does not work - have to export the simplified, and then import to compare.
The SH of the simplified is not set to that of the original - have to make sure UI settings match the input.
Can't set the Target number to a precise figure - only the slider works. Other parameters may also be so, haven't checked.
