Building from Source fails, CMake configuration error

I am trying to build Lichtfield 0.5.2 from Source, with Visual Studio 2022, all requirements are met that the build script in the repo asks for.
The build however fails, I will put in the error here, as well as a few lines before it fails.

I am not sure how to go about this.

Nope. The Error persists

Is this a clean build or did you have the vcpkg cloned from before? For some other similar vcpkg issues I got around by removing my vcpkg folder,recloning and then doing a fresh install following the steps from wiki for both bootstrapping vcpkg and building clean. Not sure what else you could do if that doesn't help

I am pulling the repo, and running the build_lichtfield.ps1 from the Powershell VS 2022
