How to see which users are included in "groups"

We now have all new staff and our "groups" on the platform were never defined. We have no idea which users are part of which groups. We now need to restrict access to a certain group, but users outside this group still have access.

Are we able to find a list of all users included in a defined "group"? Thanks!

If you have an administrative access on the system it is fairly easy.
