Model on map not showing properly

I am having similar issues with models. The model is placed ca. 40-50m bellow the terrain when the Cesium 3D context is enabled.

If you change the height to ca. 50m, the model will be above the terrain:

But this is of course not correct as I think the issue is the terrain placement and not the model placement.
