Fix Materials issue when Asset Lib on another drive

Opening another artist’s file requires running Fix Materials operator (this is normal and expected)
There seems to be a problem when the two users have their Asset Library stored on different drives (e.g. C:\ and D:\). Then Fix Materials doesn’t correctly re-link the materials - missing materials issue persists

The way I dealt with this in SEUT is to run code on opening a blend file automatically - it relocates the linked materials based on the path set in the addon's preferences and relinks them. We'll have to discuss this but we can likely base the solution for this off of that.
