Blue background in viewport

What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?

I'm trying to change the preview settings but It doesn't change, I made a generic model with that exact shade of blue.

What happens instead?

It just stays blue

Have you tried changing the color in Preview Options? Or switching it to a checkerboard? If that doesn't work, try switching to a different theme and back.
If none of those work, it would be helpful if you could attach a video of it not working.
