A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When registering a test for a patient the test type and sample material selection within the UI is not recognized when posting the data to the backend
"Bitte geben Sie den Typen des Tests an."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Probe Zuordnen
2. Enter Lab, Patient and Sample Code + select "PCR" as Testtyp and "Rachenabstrich" as Probenmaterial and then press 'Speichern'
3. See error

Hint (Update):
The issue seems to be related with setting defaults on the radio buttons.
In case the user switches the radio buttons to something else and then back the dialog works
