Model of ISO 19118:2011

The package model for ISO 19118:2021 is empty: https://iso.sparxcloud.com/index.php?m=1&o=F7A228F8-EC59-4997-8A91-65E038B6CBD5, but the standard contains a few UML diagrams. The classifiers in those diagrams are implemented in the XML schema described by ISO 19139(-1). The link is not clear in ISO/TS 19139-1:2019, but ISO/TS 19139:2007 states:

• The XML element gco:AbstractObject_Type represents the ISO 19118 IM_Object
• The XML attributeGroup gco:ObjectReference represents the ISO 19118 IM_ObjectReference
• The XML attributeGroup gco:ObjectIdentification represents the ISO 19118 IM_ObjectIdentification

Therefore, having the 19118 model in the HM would be useful.

@heidivanparys I wonder if the gco object definition would give a useful alignment with the SOSA/SSN definitions and other alignments to mid-level ontologies. I don't know enough to form my own judgement. HTH, Chris
