End-to-end validation and submission

Context

Final validation step before the 31 March 2026 deadline. Dry-run the full pipeline, verify outputs, and package for submission.

Checklist

• Run all 8 cases × 366 departures (2,928 total optimizations)
• Validate File A CSVs: correct columns, formats, no NaN/missing values
• Validate File B CSVs: timestamps consistent with File A, coordinates on water
• Spot-check: routes don't cross land, passage times ≈ target (354h / 583h)
• Check constraint compliance: report how many voyages exceed TWS/Hs limits
• Compare energy estimates: WPS cases should show savings vs noWPS
• Compare optimised vs GC: optimised routes should have lower energy
• Verify file naming convention: IEUniversity-1-AOWPS.csv, etc.
• Fill and rename tool description spreadsheet (Fill SWOPP3 Tool Description spreadsheet #29)
• Package all files for submission to frederik.gerhardt@ri.se
