+The AETHEL administration team is committed to maintaining a professional and safe environment. 
+
+### Reporting Process
+To report inappropriate content (comments, code snippets, or documentation) that violates our Code of Conduct:
+1. Send an email to `conduct@aethel-project.org`.
+2. Provide a link to the content and a brief explanation of the violation.
+
+### Resolution Tiers
+| Tier | Action | Criteria |
+| :--- | :--- | :--- |
+| **I** | Warning | Minor violation, first-time offense. |
+| **II** | Removal | Toxic content or repeated minor violations. |
+| **III** | Permanent Ban | Severe harassment, hate speech, or malicious intent. |
+
+Reports are reviewed within **72 hours**. Confidentiality of the reporter is strictly maintained.
