Artifacts Policy

The materialized harness, configure tree, build tree, compiler transcripts, and brender_core_float.lib were kept outside this metadata repo. No generated binaries, copied source, private assets, or restricted SDK material are committed.

Public Notes

This attempt verifies that explicit period OBJS_C source selection removes the prior source-glob blocker and produces the FLOAT core static library. It does not claim runtime execution, warning cleanup, packaging, drivers, or FIXED variants.

Blockers

  • MSVC x64 build emits pointer-truncation, enum-conversion, const-qualifier, and duplicate-symbol warnings that need portability audit
  • no runtime or link smoke test is claimed
  • drivers and deferred FIXED variants are not built yet

Next Actions

  • audit and classify the x64 MSVC warning transcript
  • add a minimal link or runtime smoke test around the produced core library
  • translate deferred FIXED variants and driver targets
  • keep generated binaries out of git unless an intentional release package is reviewed
