Observed behavior
The local paper ledger retained an unresolved ETH position.
A direction-aware cover request was rejected with the message No short position to cover.
The web UI did not expose a reliable position identifier or a clear authoritative side and quantity reconciliation result.
The documented support mailbox support@ai4trade.ai returned SMTP 550 5.1.0 Recipient not found so an alternative private support channel is needed.
