Clair series long-read somatic model training workflow

This directory contains model training workflow templates for the Clair series, including ClairS and ClairS-TO.

The workflows include SS (synthetic sample) training and SSRS (synthetic sample and real sample) training. SS builds models from synthetic tumor/normal mixtures, while SSRS further enhances models with real cancer samples.
