Does the GFW block QUIC by IP? In that case, which packets? All of them? Client Initial?
The QUIC bypass may be feasible on mobile without root, if it's possible.

quic is an application layer protocol based on udp that can be blocked at higher level without ip being fully blocked.
main purpose of this repo is to bypass fully blocked ip
in my experiment when ip blocked ,
all udp packet dropped or cannot passed through nat
i dont know if exist any "udp hack" that able to pass packet through blocked ip.

Does that mean all UDP packets have to be matched against the large list?
That is in disagreement with the stated fact that the GFW cannot match all packets.
