Unable to run with custom manual steppers

Describe the bug and expected behavior

Since I'm not an expert in this stuff, I used claude to tell me what's wrong. I also attached my klippy log. I think it has something to do with my manual steppers and the fact that I don't use Z or E axis. I'm building a pick and place machine for assembling circuit boards, so it's a AWD CoreXY with 2x manual steppers for Z and 2x manual steppers for nozzle rotation.

Any suggestions on how I can get the Shake & Tune working? Or is this something that has to be fixed in a new release? Would love to use ShakeTune.

I can't help with your issue, but I have to wonder. Why would you need an input shaper for DIY SMT pick and place?
I guess you just pick a component, check its orientation with camera and place it where it belongs, then repeat. It's not like you have also a revolver head like industial systems do ... right? Do you reach speeds so high that you have to worry about vibrations?

The shaketune has good tests to run like the belt tension test. And just overall better way to see results that tell a lot about the machine. But to answer your question, it’s mostly for consistent precision and reducing settle time for the camera.

What’s the issue though for my machine? Why won’t it work?
