bug: Cannot place constant block

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Basic/Constant
2. Write a name
3. Press ok

Expected behavior

The constant parameter block should appear on the screen

Actual behavior

The Dialog does not disappear. It is imposible to place a constant parameter

I've added a temporaty solution. I need it working for continue with the tests for the Basys3 board
